Effective Date: April 29, 2026Last Updated: April 29, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how LottoMate handles information for the United States Powerball experience. LottoMate is an informational number generation, result lookup, saved-line comparison, and optional email service. LottoMate does not sell lottery tickets, act as a purchasing agent, verify ticket ownership, process payments, or handle prize claims.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: if you sign in, we may collect your email address, authentication provider, provider user identifier, profile record, mailing preference, and account timestamps. Saved number information: for the current Powerball MVP, generated Powerball lines saved while signed in are stored in our database with the numbers, target draw, generation mode, saved status, and timestamps. Guest Powerball saves are stored in your browser localStorage on the device you use. Service activity information: for Korean Lotto 6/45 account-based features and global features, we may store generated lines, target draw, generation mode, saved status, and simulated result comparison records in our database. Email information: if you opt in to email features, we may store your email delivery preferences and message delivery logs. Technical and analytics information: we may collect device, browser, approximate location, page view, referral, and usage event information through hosting logs and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Naver Analytics when configured.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain LottoMate, generate numbers, display recent results, compare saved lines with public results, maintain account sessions, send emails you request or opt in to receive, protect the service from abuse, measure service performance, improve product experience, and comply with applicable obligations.

4. Local Storage

Guest Powerball saved lines in the U.S. MVP are stored locally in your browser. They may not sync across devices or browsers. You can remove them from the LottoMate interface, clear your browser storage, or use browser privacy controls. Local storage is not proof of ticket purchase, ticket ownership, eligibility, or prize entitlement.

5. Cookies and Analytics

LottoMate may use cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies for authentication, theme preferences, saved lines, analytics, security, and service diagnostics. Analytics tools may help us understand traffic sources, page usage, and product demand. Your browser may let you block or delete cookies and storage, but some features may stop working correctly.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell lottery tickets and do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers that help operate LottoMate, including hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and email delivery providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, to investigate abuse or security issues, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or asset sale.

7. Email and Communications

If you opt in to email features, LottoMate may send service updates, number generation reminders, or saved-number result notifications. You can change email preferences from your account area when available or use unsubscribe controls in emails where provided. Result notifications are informational only and do not confirm ticket purchase or prize eligibility.

8. Children and Age Limits

LottoMate is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The U.S. Powerball experience is intended for adults who may lawfully access lottery-related information in their jurisdiction. Lottery purchase age rules vary by state or jurisdiction. LottoMate does not sell tickets and does not verify whether you are eligible to buy or claim any lottery product.

9. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, or limits on certain uses of personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. LottoMate does not knowingly sell personal information. To make a privacy request, contact us through the support page after signing in, or email privacy@lottomate.dev if you cannot access your account. Include enough information to identify your account. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including service operation, user preferences, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, and backup integrity. Local Powerball saved lines remain in your browser until you delete them or your browser removes them.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials secure and avoid saving sensitive information in labels or free-text fields.

12. Official Lottery Sources

Powerball results, prize information, and claiming rules should be confirmed through official Powerball and state lottery sources. LottoMate is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Powerball, the Multi-State Lottery Association, or any state lottery.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as LottoMate changes or as legal, operational, or security needs evolve. The effective date and revision date above show when this Policy was last updated.
