Terms for using LottoMate's United States Powerball tools.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of LottoMate US. By using LottoMate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Scope
LottoMate provides informational tools for number generation, public result lookup, saved-line comparison, optional email notifications, and links to official lottery sources. LottoMate does not sell lottery tickets, buy tickets for users, act as a lottery agent or courier, process payments, validate tickets, claim prizes, pay winnings, or guarantee any result.
3. Powerball and Official Sources
Powerball results, prize amounts, rules, purchase availability, claim procedures, tax treatment, and age requirements are controlled by official Powerball, Multi-State Lottery Association, and state or jurisdiction lottery sources. If LottoMate information differs from an official source, the official source controls. You are responsible for confirming all results and rules through official channels.
4. Saved Lines Are Not Tickets
Saving a Powerball line in LottoMate is only a personal record in your browser or account, depending on the feature. It is not a lottery ticket, receipt, proof of purchase, proof of ownership, or proof of eligibility. You cannot claim a prize through LottoMate. A prize can be claimed only through the applicable official lottery process for a valid ticket or officially recognized purchase.
5. No Warranties or Guarantees
LottoMate is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Number generation is random or algorithmic and does not improve or guarantee your odds of winning. Result comparisons and estimated prize labels are informational only. The service may contain errors, delays, unavailable data, or outdated information.
6. Responsible Use
Use LottoMate responsibly. Never spend more than you can afford on lottery products. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, consider contacting the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER or visiting ncpgambling.org. LottoMate does not encourage excessive lottery play and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or gambling advice.
7. Eligibility and Age
LottoMate US is intended for adults. Lottery purchase and claim eligibility rules vary by state and jurisdiction. LottoMate does not verify your location, legal age, citizenship, residency, purchase eligibility, or claim eligibility. You are responsible for following all laws that apply to you.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, submit malicious content, use LottoMate for unlawful activity, or represent LottoMate output as an official lottery record.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
LottoMate may link to official lottery websites and use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, database, and email delivery. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. LottoMate is not responsible for third-party content, availability, actions, or errors.
10. Intellectual Property
LottoMate, its interface, text, design, and software are owned by LottoMate or its licensors, except for third-party names, marks, and data referenced for informational purposes. Powerball and related marks belong to their respective owners. Use of those names does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LottoMate is not liable for losses, damages, missed winnings, incorrect numbers, delayed results, data loss, account issues, reliance on generated lines or result comparisons, or any inability to buy, validate, or claim a lottery ticket. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with LottoMate is to stop using the service.
12. Changes and Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of LottoMate at any time. We may also update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Contact
For service questions, support requests, or privacy requests, use the LottoMate support page. Do not send Social Security numbers, ticket images, payment information, or sensitive prize-claim information to LottoMate.
